ATX has a BUSINESS CASUAL Dress Code Policy in order to maintain an enjoyable environment for ALL guests. We thank you in advance for following these guidelines which will be enforced at our restaurants.

  • Swimwear and beachwear is not allowed

  • No exposed bras, lingerie or other undergarments

  • Jeans, hoodies, sweatshirts and shorts are allowed.

  • No feather boas are allowed inside the dining room, due to food safety issues. If worn, they must be checked at the door.

ATX Management reserves the right to enforce the dress code policy at any time, make decisions at our discretion and has the right to refuse service to those not appropriately dressed and unwilling to adhere to our policies.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

  • Balloons, confetti, and other decorations are not allowed. All decorations brought in for any reservation must be approved by management in advance.

  • Separate Checks — we do not allow separate checks, only equally split payments, up to 5 credit cards.

  • Behavior Policy — Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
